Post Days are Monday, Thursday & Friday subject to Public Holidays. 

Orders will be processed within 5 - 10 business days, depending on the order volume as larger items are made to order so you receive a completely suited piece for your home. Please check the banner for current turn around time for Made to Order products, custom orders may require further processing time. I will endeavour to let you know at the time of your order being placed.

Orders will not begin being made until full payment has been received. 

Free shipping over $100 is for standard shipping within Australia. Express postage and International postage will incur postage costs. All orders under $100 within Australia have a flat rate shipping fee of $12.50. Express shipping within Australia, will incur a postage flat rate of $17.50.  


Estimated shipping times will be available at the checkout or via the Australia Post website.

Local Pickups are available on request within business hours in Chinchilla.

Luna Knots offers International Shipping to New Zealand, USA & United Kingdom.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Unfortunately due to the nature of custom orders, we can not accept returns on these items. 

To start a return, you can contact us at lunaknotsmacrame@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, please return your item in the same condition as your received it.

damages.

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

exceptions/non refundable items.

Any custom, personalised or pay it forward items will not be accepted for refund or exchange. 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

refunds.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

All returns are at the buyers cost.

cancellations.

Cancellations must be made prior to your order being shipped, if your item is custom or made to order there will be a cancellation fee of 50%, to cover cost of materials and time to create.

Once item has been shipped, you may return your item at your own expense provided the item isn't opened

luna knots - knots of kindness.

Luna Knots - Knots of Kindness program is a Pay it Forward program. We are offering this program as a way to give back when a lot of people in the world are having a hard time with life. From Mental Health to rises in the cost of living to rental crisis. As human beings to show love and compassion is a necessity. Our Knots of Kindness program is just that, a way to give back and inspire a little bit of kindness back into the world.

 

Pay it Forward items are selected by the purchaser to gift to someone else. These items will be sent off at random to one of the nominated people placed in the Pay it Forward program.

 

Once a Pay it Forward item has been shipped, the purchaser will receive a card, to let them know their item has been gifted. Due to the nature of the Pay it Forward purchases, refunds will not be available on these items. Once the Pay it Forward order has been placed and finalised, the purchaser is acknowledging they will not be able to change it.
